REQUEST TERMS

CUSTOM SONG PRICE: $200. Submitting the request form is not an automatic purchase and does not charge you. SOUTHBEATS reviews the request and confirms the project and payment details before production begins.

Project acceptance

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. A project begins only after SOUTHBEATS confirms the request and payment details with you.

Your materials

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, pronunciations, stories, files, logos, and other material you provide, and for having permission to submit material belonging to someone else.

Scope

The public site currently promises a one-of-one custom song for the stated $200 price. Any delivery date, revision arrangement, special format, or additional deliverable should be treated as part of the project confirmation unless separately stated in writing.

Prohibited submissions

Do not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains private information you are not authorized to share.
